Wendy Shay Isn’t Given Up On Her Grammy Dream Soon, Check Her Tweet

Ghanaian Afrobeat and Afropop singer, born Wendy Asiamah Addo but known on stage as Wendy Shay has once again revealed to the general public, that a new year comes with new dreams and new possibilities thus the revival of her Grammy dream.

This appears to have been the third year the singer has aimed towards participating in the highest musical awards scheme on earth but all to no avail.

However, she is still optimistic 2022 will be the year to do that magic after Ghanaian notably contemporary musician, Rocky Dawuni who participated in this award scheme in 2015 but couldn’t win and 2022 which is yet to come on.

It can be recalled that two years ago on the last day of December, the ‘Masakra’ hitmaker revealed that the only obstacle that prevented her from achieving her dream was COVID-19 and that 2021 was the year.

But 2021 has also come to an end without the sensational Ghanaian singer making any attempt closer but it appears she’s not still given up on that dream since she has made another post telling her fans that 2022 is that year and she’ll do it for herself and mother Ghana.

Her tweet reads;; “2022 is the year of Grammys
I’m bringing it to the motherland
Watch me!”

It is the dream of every musician to participate in the Grammys and OneMuzikGh. Com wishes and prays Wendy Shay to achieve that dream at least even for once in her career and a win for Ghana.
