Upper West based artists don’t Make it to MTN HitMaker Because they don’t confront me – Samson B


The Waalegae genre originator, Samson Bannar Known much as Samson B said, MTN HitMaker don’t always have contestants from Upper West because of lack of consultation from intended participants.

Samson B, who represented Upper West in 2014 said, he’s been there and has enough channels to link up artists who wants to participate, but because they don’t do proper consultation, they end up with not getting the right orientation on how to go about the whole thing. He added that, immediately he was evicted from the house, he wanted to link up Berima Ojay, who was at his peak as at that time, but Ojay never responded to him so he had to move on.
