Hackim Assi, widely recognized as Demzy Gh, is a prominent Ghanaian talent manager born on April 2, 1994. Renowned for his pivotal role in the careers of various musicians, including Koo Kyei, Cedi Rap, and Breden B, Demzy Gh currently serves as the road manager for the rising Afrobeat sensation, OlivetheBoy.
As a founding member of FulLCircl Management, a media hub and talent management company, Demzy Gh has made significant contributions to the Ghanaian entertainment industry. His journey began as an entertainment pundit and producer, featuring regularly on the Showbiz Today show on Akim Tafo-based Nopras FM from 2018 to 2022, before transitioning to Bryt Fm as a pundit and judge on the National Rap Show.
In 2020, Demzy Gh became the driving force behind a popular online entertainment show on UK-based Lens Radio. His extensive background in the music industry includes serving as an academy member and production manager for the Eastern Music and 3Music Awards. At 3Music TV, he excelled as a producer, program assistant, and A&R, playing a crucial role in music production and promotion. Demzy Gh also contributed to the Wildaland Festival as a coordinator and assistant project manager during its maiden edition in 2021 and served as a backstage manager for the second edition in 2023.
Beyond his professional achievements, Demzy Gh has shown a strong commitment to social causes. Born in Koforidua, the capital of Ghana’s Eastern Region, to Mr. Rockson Assi and Mrs. Amela Yawa, Demzy Gh grew up as the eldest of six siblings, instilling in him a strong sense of responsibility and leadership. He began his education at Kute Roman Catholic School in Kute-Buem in the Oti Region and later attended Bueman Senior High and Adonteng Senior High in Akim Kukurantumi, completing his studies in 2013.
In his personal life, Demzy Gh married Mrs. Benedicta Assi Kwade on March 17, 2023, after the couple connected via the social media platform Clubhouse in 2020. With a diverse career and a commitment to both the arts and community service, Demzy Gh continues to be a driving force in Ghana’s entertainment industry.
